I recently purchased these brown suede loafers and was initially very impressed. They truly look beautiful, and the colour is the most versatile shade I have ever owned—they pair perfectly with almost anything in my wardrobe. Out of the box, they also felt comfortable enough for daily wear. However, I am extremely disappointed with the build quality. Despite wearing them only three times while on holiday, the metal hardware on the top of the shoe has already broken. For a pair of shoes at this price point, I expected them to last much longer than just a few wears..

Poor stitching leaves internal join protruding and discomfort, limits use and duration of wear. Hoping it will ease over time but I guess you get what you pay for.
Improve sizing. These were supposedly size 12 but I don't think they are even an eleven.
The sizing is all off. Ordered size 8 and they feel like a 9.5
