Can I cancel my order?

We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order.

Please call us immediately on our customer services number 01452 687835 and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 30 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order.

What types of payment method do you accept?

We currently accept Klarna, Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Can I exchange or return my order?

We currently do not offer exchanges, but we will be happy to refund you any product you wish to return. If you want to exchange, you can return your product and place another order with us. My order is faulty, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service team, and do not attempt to fix or repair your faulty product as this will invalidate your warranty and we will not be able to take your claim further. For further information regarding faulty items please visit the returns & exchanges page.
