I ordered these as the first pair I ordered looked a bit cheap, and the leather looked mottled. These arrived and I love them
Absolutely beautiful !
Ordered a pair of size 5 boots from Base London and paid extra for next day delivery due to needing them urgently. The box arrived labelled size 5, but the boots inside were actually size 6.5. Despite this being entirely their mistake, they were unable to offer a simple exchange and instead required me to return them and place a completely new order. Unfortunately the original boots were then no longer available, so I had to choose a different pair. Because the order was time sensitive, I ended up having to pay for a second pair before the refund for the incorrect order had even been processed, leaving me out of pocket through no fault of my own. Customer service responses have also been painfully slow throughout. Very disappointing experience from what should have been a straightforward online order...and still no sign of the refund for original order.
