Lovely shoes, quick delivery
Love the shoes but ordered a size 7 & the box said 7 but the shoes inside were size 10. Returned them but still waiting for a refund. I cannot oder again until they process this as they will not give me a new first time customer discount until then. My original discount code is now invalid.

Good morning. The shoes arrived with a slite blemish please see photo. Outerwise quite happyish.
Ordered a size 11 - but they are huge. It's a pity you don't have any smaller sizes remaining. It's a pity returns are not free. Maybe you'll get some more in ?
quality shoe but just a big fitting, return process is quite costly too
Sizing (or design?) is off, foot slips out of shoe at the back, tried the size down and had the same problem
Shoe is too tight! Ordered a size 11, but seems it's smaller than an equivalent 11 I have in Clarks. It's a beautiful shoe, but my leg cannot fit in. Will return it. Sad you don't have a 12 in stock.

There is no way in the world that these shoes are UK size 10. They are too large. I now have to go to the trouble and expense of returning them.
