Unfortunately we’ve been disappointed with the ordering and returns process, the shoes arnt true to size, so the size that we always order was way too big , so we had to order the smaller size , on top of that you have to £4.99 to return . Which In my opinion is too high , I spoke with customer services via email , and unfortunately it was like talking to an automated script . So not a pleasant experience. So want be ordering again from this site
Shoe was alright. It is as shown online. However, the shoe is not a perfect fit for my leg.
