The usual good service from Base, lovely boots but had to send them back as they were 'way' too small - I have always bought Base size 12's and they have always fitted fine . Sadly, had to return for a full refund.

My husband ordered the boots….in completely the wrong size for his own feet. You were so efficient in allowing us to return and exchange. Service was great, and he now loves his boots in the correct size 🙂
Quality wise was fine but size wise way off could barely get my foot into the boot and when I did almost impossible to walk. Had to return them for a full refund
