The shoe looks great; delivery was speedy. However I have had to return the shoe because the size 11 I ordered feels like a size 9!!! I just could not get my foot inside the shoe. And it’s super disappointing to pay over £8 to return the shoe via Royal Mail. I like Base shoes but will not order online again.
I ordered a size 9, but feels more like a 10. Am arranging a return to order a size down. Unfortunately no exchanges allowed which kind of sucks…as I have to wait for a refund if I decide to re-order. Quality is ok for the price.
