The shoes looked good quality but were oversized. The shoe I ordered was an 8 but it was so big there was no question it would have to be returned. The pair I received looked like they had been returned several times, the box was held together with masking tape and the shoes wrapped it paper that was torn an gave the shoes no protection clearly visible by the scuffed suede where the boots had been rubbing together . You took your eye off the ball with this order Base.
Way too big so had to pay for return. There’s no option to order a different size so you have lost a sale and future orders and I have lost the return delivery cost.
It’s not what I expected, colour isn’t too bad but maybe should have got the lighter colour. Show is a bit wider and thicker then I thought and what it seemed like in the picture.
It's Wednesday tomorrow and I sent an email at the end of Friday last week to show that the boots had arrived damaged.. It's disappointing I've had no reply yet two emails asking for feedback so here it is.
