I ordered size 12 which is my normal size but these were tight fit ,so I sent them back yesterday for refund . I was wondering if it is available in 12.5 ? Quality wise it’s really good as I was expecting. Regards Malik
The shoes look good but I feel the size was incorrect I chose an eight but it feels more like a small 9. They also look a little more casual than the image from the website.
Wrong item received – incorrect size sent. I ordered a size 7 (with a 10% discount applied), however I received a size 10 in a box labelled size 7. As I needed these for the upcoming week, and due to the Easter holiday delays, I had to place a replacement order using express delivery to ensure they arrived on time. Additionally, the 10% discount from my original order was not applied to the replacement purchase, meaning I have incurred extra cost due to your error. I am now also expected to return the incorrect item at my own expense, despite this being a mistake on your part, as you do not offer free returns. I have already contacted you by email but have yet to receive a response. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, including reimbursement of the additional costs incurred and clarification on the return process.
They were too large as a size 7.
Not impressed as a returning costumer, that I had to pay a returning cost as they were too small.
Please make shoes for wide feets.
