The fitting was huge and totally disproportionate to the size I bought . I’m a big 6 small 7 and they were more like an 8 . Disappointing as it costs me to return a product which through no fault of my own had to be returned

Absolutely not the right size. My foot is exactly 280mm long and by your own size guide, that's a size 11. This shoe was way too big. If I put my hand in to the shoe I could feel it was longer than the insole. Very annoying as you don't off free returns or exchange. I won't be buying from you again.
