These are my 5th pair of Base boots and I really won’t buy any other makes. The quality is superb and the fit is perfect for my feet.
Brought 3 pairs of shoes/boots from Base now and in all honesty cannot see the need to look anywhere else.

Have been looking at these boots for quite a while. Have certainly not been disappointed. Great boots and comfortable straight out of the box. Fair price and add normal very quick delivery. 100% recommend.
Although the boots were somewhat different from what I expected, and the size did not fit (compared to other shoes), my feedback is regarding your customer service and returns policy. Although clearly stated that you don’t offer free returns, it doesn't change the fact that it is unfriendly towards your customers, and I had to pay £15 extra to return the boots. Furthermore, I contacted your customer service with an enquiry, and I still have not received an answer. I would never purchase from your website again and would not recommend.
