I am absolutely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a pair of boots costing £69.99, but your company sent me a completely different pair of boots with a different design from the ones I ordered. Please look carefully at the photographs I have attached. If you compare the boots I ordered with the boots I received, the difference is obvious. They are not the same design. I have spent hundreds of pounds purchasing boots from your company over time, so I expected a much better level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, receiving the wrong product has left me extremely disappointed. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have a very busy schedule and do not have the time to waste arranging a return or travelling to a post office because of an error made by your company. I should not have to spend my time correcting someone else's mistake. Before sending orders to customers, please check the product carefully against the customer's actual order. This should be basic customer service. I paid £69.99 for the boots I ordered—not for a completely different design. I hope the company takes responsibility for this mistake and improves its checking process so other customers do not experience the same problem.
