GREAT VALUE QUALITY SHOES

Great shoes! Very comfortable and great fit!
I was going to get in touch about returning the shoes. The left one feels fine but the right one does feel like it is a defect in some way. It felt fine at first when I tried on in the house but I wore them on a trip earlier this week and when walking the end of the tongue area feels very uncomfortable and has created almost a dent inside the shoe that means it pushes on the top of my right foot causing discomfort. The 'b' from the word 'base' on the back has also disappeared as shown by the photo. I have only worn on this one occasion so feel the quality is very poor and would like a replacement or refund.
