Boots and the company are great, no issues, the delivery company however, no where near up to the same standards, wouldn’t bother using that particular service again

The product itself is OK, but customer service is below standard.
Size came out to be too big, no exchange service so I have to pay for a return, and lost my 1st time buyer discount! I'm not happy and probably would have bought the size 8's instead but as I lost my discount and have to pay for return may not buy. Also size 9 is not a normal 9. That aside shoe looks nice feels nicely made. Only thing there were a few marks/scratches on the suade.
Send the right size next time
The leather isn't stitched to the sole. This meant that after 4 months of use they separated. This was not covered by the warranty and so I have to buy new boots. Would not recommend!!
The colour is not as advertised, they look nothing like the picture, and definitely not sand!
The boots were too narrow and too small, and I couldn’t get my feet into them, still waiting for a refund
